We may modify these Conditions from time to time and you should therefore ensure that you review these Conditions regularly. All motor vehicles supplied (sold or imported on-behalf) by ESR Executive (refer to the terms and conditions documents) are guaranteed against faulty workmanship or manufacturing defects for a maximum of one (1) year except motor vehicles locally used (traded-in motor vehicles). BELOW ARE IMPORTANT REFERENCE POINTS TO BE OBSERVED FOR THE WARRANTY TO BE VALID

The motor vehicle must have been fully paid for by the Purchaser, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by the management of ESR Executive Further, motor vehicles locally used shall not qualify for any guarantee. It is important the purchaser to carry out necessary checks prior to purchase and make an informed decision. ESR EXecutive will either repair or replace any defective part on the vehicle either free-of-charge or at part-charge subject to the conditions of the guarantee. Only the part that has failed will be replaced under the guarantee.

Parts that fail due to malicious damage, vandalism, improper use, fire, theft, road accident, repair by unqualified mechanics/workshops, and or accidental impact damage are all excluded. If part is removed from the vehicle by any other company workshop or individual the guarantee is invalidated. Guarantee are not transerable and apply only to the original purchase. Parts fitted as a result of guarantee claim are only covered for the period of the original guarantee. All guarantee apply from the date of original purchase.

The guarantee does bot cover injury, damage or loss sufferes by the customer or third parties caused by reasonable wear, tear or corrosion. It is presumed that such damage or loss is covered by motor vehicle insurance. ESR Executive guarantees are in addition to, and do not detract from your statutory rights.
